NOTICE dated March, 2009
The New Jersey Manual of Rates and Charges approved by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance contains several changes effective March 1, 2009. The most significant change is the elimination of the basic and reissue rates. These rates have been replaced by a blended rate designated as a "Standard Rate". This change affects all orders placed on or after March 1, 2009. The refinance, modification and construction rates remain unchanged. |
